Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, A Pan Pacific Partner Hotel Tokyo

A luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the city. the restaurant served delicious food, and the spa centre was exceptional. the massage and beauty treatment were one of a kind, and the sauna and swimming pool were top-notch. the location was perfect, with easy transportation to and from the airport.

The only minor issue I experienced was the inconvenience caused by the construction happening around the hotel, resulting in detours at night.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to public transportation, making it super easy for me to walk around and explore the area. The hotel facilities were great, and I loved the amenities in my room that were replaced every day. The staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently, which made communication a breeze. Breakfast was delicious, and there were many options to choose from.

The view from the 34th floor room was absolutely stunning. Although we had an issue with the air conditioning, the staff were quick to fix the problem and provide outstanding service throughout our stay. The hotel's location near Shibuya Crossing was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great views from the rooms which are spacious and bigger than other Japanese hotels. the hotel is conveniently located near public transport and shops. the lobby lounge makes great coffee and is a popular meeting spot for locals. the concierge team, especially Ms Naoko and Ms Yoko, provided excellent customer service and had extensive knowledge of recommendations. the ground floor restaurant had good food and service, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.

The gym could have longer opening hours for free access. the breakfast area was overcrowded and had limited options.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby areas. It was situated so near the train station which made it really easy to get around. Walking around the area was really pleasant and I always felt safe. it was pretty to look at everytime we went to the station. The room itself was amazing, with a large marble bathroom and a comfortable bed which made our stay a lot more enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and always eager to help. We loved the view from our room, it was truly breathtaking.

The breakfast wasn't the same standard as other aspects of the hotel and we had to wait quite a while for simple things.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tube station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to the main shopping street where you can find great deals. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a large bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The view from the upper floors is breathtaking, providing a panoramic view of the city.

We stayed at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel for a week during our family trip to Tokyo. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and assisting us with any concerns. The rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views of the city from the higher floors. The Executive Lounge on the 35th floor offered a delicious buffet breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day, and a fantastic cocktail hour in the evening. The location was convenient, with easy access to sightseeing spots and the train station. The hotel provided great wifi, which was appreciated by our teenagers. our experience at the hotel was exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at Cerulean Tower! The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly helpful and the concierge assisted us with all our bookings and advice. The location was perfect, with easy access to Shibuya shops and the train station. The views from our room were incredible, and we loved the convenience of having a 7/11 on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and luxurious stay in Tokyo.

Strategically located near Shibuya crossing, with shops, dining, and metro within a 5' walk. Peaceful, clean rooms with amenities like a complementary cell phone. Staff is kind and helpful. Don't miss the dining experience on the top floor with amazing city views.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from popular shopping areas and public transportation. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large beds and modern bathrooms. One of the best aspects was the gym and pool facilities, which were well-equipped and maintained.

One of the worst aspects was the additional charges for using the facilities. It was disappointing to pay a high room rate and then be asked to pay extra for amenities that should be included.

Convenient location near Shibuya station, Hachiko statue and Shibuya crossing. Excellent for shopping. Upgraded to a corner room with magnificent views of Tokyo Tower and city. Friendly staff with good English. Helpful concierge for last-minute dining reservation. Spacious rooms, especially the bathroom. Accessible to Shibuya station. Great variety of restaurants nearby. Hassle-free airport transfer at a reasonable price.
